The Quarterly Board Meeting will be held on it’s normal day: Saturday, 18 January. For reference, these meetings are scheduled on the third Saturday of every Quarter (January, April, July, October).

The meeting will be at the normal time, 6pm.

It will be held in the Hilcorp Room.  As always the board meeting is open to members who wish to attend.
